Let’s keep each other safe!

  • All appointments are limited to the bride and 4 guests (Please no children under 12)

  • FACE MASKS NOW REQUIRED IN ALL WASHINGTON BUSINESSES. We would love to stay open and protect our guests. This is mandatory to be in the shop. 

  • Temperatures will be taken on arrival.

  • The number of brides to be seen each day are limited due to new operating guidelines.

  • If you or your guest have been diagnosed with COVID-19, run a fever, experienced any symptoms, or have been near someone exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, you will not be permitted in the shop.

  • Our dresses will be sanitized after being tried on. Trying on gowns and accessories is done at your own discretion

  • We will gladly help you in and out of dresses but will be limiting time with you in the fitting room to maintain social distancing as much as possible.

  • Hand Sanitizer will be available at the front door for all guests.

Appointments

Do I need an appointment to try on gowns at FTL?
We require an appointment to give each bride the attention she deserves.

 

Do you charge me for a bridal appointment?
Our appointments are complimentary. We do require a credit card to reserve your fitting room and a cancellation fee does apply.

 

How long is my appointment?
We spend a total of 90 minutes with each bride. We start by choosing gowns and then the remainder of the time trying on gowns until we find the ONE!

 

Who should I bring with me to my appointment?
Your mom, sister, and best friend are the perfect people to bring. We cannot  accommodate for more than 5 guests plus bride. We ask that you do not bring children to your appointment.

 

Can I bring food and drinks to my appointment?
We do not allow food but you are welcome to bring a little bubbly with you (please keep liquids clear in color).

 

When do I arrive at my appointment?
Please arrive at the time scheduled. We are typically booked back to back and can not take appointments prior to allotted time.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel your appointment and cancellation fee will apply.

 

Do I need to confirm my appointment?
Yes, you will receive an email to confirm your appointment 48 hours prior.

 

How far in advance should I make my appointment?
We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Saturday appointments do fill up quickly!

 

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Appointments rescheduled 48 hours prior will not be charged a cancellation fee.
