FAQ's
Are your wedding dresses made-to-order?
Yes, depending on the dress it can take up to 20 weeks for your gown to arrive. We do have gowns on pre order that can be pulled for sooner wear dates.
How does payment work?
Gowns are paid for in full at the time of ordering. Let us know if you need a little help we do have a in-house (50% at order/50% due on arrival) payment plan available.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately we are not able to make any changes or cancel an order after it has been placed.
Do you charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments?
We understand your schedule changes and things happen, we do charge a no show/reschedule fee. To avoid the fee just give us a ring or email 48 hours ahead of time so we can let our waitlist know!
Do you have in-store promos?
We do! Ask your stylist about our love at first sight gift with purchase! A little hint our signature scent smells amazing!
